Chris is a Business Performance Expert with a passion for equipping organizations, leaders and professionals to accelerate growth and achieve next level results through exceptional service. Mr. Bryant is uniquely qualified in what it takes to perform at a world-class level: and you can say it’s in the company he keeps. His elite expertise was honed during an impressive career that includes the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. He oversaw training and development for the largest Ritz-Carlton in North America and led the property to a #1 rating in guest satisfaction for the entire iconic brand. In addition to coaching and training elite professionals, he served as a key member of the Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center and spokesman on the brand’s legendary service.

In 2006, Mr. Bryant launched the Bryant Group, a highly successful training and consulting firm to provide best-in-class techniques in building brand loyalty and lasting success. He is a dynamic speaker with a gift for engaging audiences at all levels. His expertise has been featured in media outlets such as MSNBC, Black Enterprise Magazine, Michigan Chronicle, Ebony Magazine and CareerBuilder.com. He is a former Newspaper Columnist, graduate of Michigan State University and completed the Executive Management Program at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. LADY STYNNETT

Director of Client Relations

Lady is a true pro when it comes to client relations, exceptional service and building deep relationships. Her affinity for exceeding expectations was honed over an extensive and diverse career that spans over 20 years. She worked in a unique capacity that partnered American Intercontinental University and over 80 different companies to identify top talent and build a pipeline of service-centric superstars. In her role, Lady became an award winner and ranked #2 in the organization for her efforts. She engaged, inspired and motivated students from over 55 schools to fine-tune their personal and professional skills. Lady would later take her talents to the luxury yacht and ocean liner industry where she provided sales, marketing and product placement expertise for the global leader in the business segment.

She’s also worked as an Account Executive and Portfolio Manager for multiple prestigious residential property management companies.She generated over $20 million in revenue by improving the customer experience and driving high retention levels. She held the record for maintaining a 100% occupancy level for 5 years in a row. Lady holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Howard University and is a published author. In her spare time, she enjoys serving her community and is a winner on the Deal or No Deal game show.

TIANA SANCHEZ

Tiana is a seasoned trainer that loves preparing employees and leaders to achieve next-level results in customer engagement. In addition to her expertise in professional development and service excellence; Tiana is a #1 best selling author and business coach. For over a decade, Tiana has presented, coached, and/or trained high performers in numerous industries. In addition to her work in professional sports, her background includes Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders in energy, education, non-profit, hospitality, finance and more. Her zeal for raising the bar in business performance started at early age. At only 17 years old, Tiana became one of the youngest managers to oversee business operations, employee development and talent acquisition for a leading brand. Tiana has helped train over 8,000 game-day staff for multiple stadiums and arenas in the NBA and NFL.

She has a unique ability to connect with groups that range from entry-level employees to senior executives. Her pleasant style, relevant insights and fun approach makes her a consistent hit with staff and leadership. Tiana is a national speaker and three-time published author. She studied Psychology and Business Management and completed certificate programs with American Management Association (AMA) and Ken Blanchard Companies. When she’s not helping to take businesses to the next level; Tiana can be found working on her techniques as a seasoned kick-boxer.

CHRISTEL CHAUNSUMLIT

Senior Trainer and Coach

Christel is a professional speaker, trainer and spokesperson with more than 20 years of experience. She specializes in providing tips, tools and techniques to high-performance individuals and organizations with a variety of high-profile products. Her unique background includes the luxury watch, jewelry and beauty industries. Christel has represented beauty companies such as Guerlain, Anna Sui, GUCCI Parfums, ARTISTRY, 29 Cosmetics, and Deborah Lippmanand L’occitane. In addition, she has held senior training and development positions for prestigious brands that include Tourneau, TAG Heuer, Montblanc, Russell Simmons and Hello Kitty fine jewelry. Her insight, expertise and engaging style is known to audiences throughout the United States and abroad. She’s traveled internationally to educate and equip business professionals in Canada, Europe, and Asia.

Christel has continually fine-tuned her craft and broadened her impact to include professional sports. She helped to equip and inspire over 3,000 game-day staff for the Miami Dolphins and the new Hard Rock Stadium.Her work has been featured on the runways of New York, Sephora.com, Fox TV, Quixtar.com, The New York Times and Beauty Fashion. Christel graduated from the University of Memphis and now resides in New York City and Los Angeles. In addition to imparting wisdom for success to tons of business professionals, her passion for travel has allowed her to visit all 50 states.

MARK GONZALES

Mark is a dynamic speaker, coach and business performance expert. He has a knack for building organizational capability and achieving meaningful results through empowering people, maximizing talent and performance coaching. Mark began his career in sales for the Hershey Company, a global Fortune 500 organization. During a twenty-year tenure, he subsequently led talent development and organizational effectiveness for Hershey during several organizational transformations. His client-facing responsibilities included business development, sales team leadership, diversity, employee engagement, talent acquisition, human capital metrics, and performance optimization for North America, Latin America and EMEA.

Mark now offers his expertise to train business professionals, managers and executives for marquee organizations in professional sports, finance, automotive, retail, transportation, entertainment and more. Clients that have benefited from Marks’ engaging style and insights include Mercedes Benz USA, Miami Dolphins, Jacksonville Jaguars, American Airlines, Ogilvy and Comcast, to name a few. Mark works tirelessly to understand the organizational culture, build rapport with team members and deliver a memorable learning experience.
